First Amendment Society

As the first metropolitan daily in the United States to become a nonprofit, The Salt Lake Tribune is now community-led and community-supported. We are committed to offering all Utahns the highest quality independent local journalism, with your help. The First Amendment Society is made up of dedicated, generous individuals who believe that the free press is vital to the health of our community, our state and our democracy. To secure our future, we are seeking 150 founding Society members.
